Ahmed Agouni was born in Tisselday, a village amazigh on the southern slope of l’Atlas, in the valley d’Imine. As a child, he wandered up and down these mountains and s’is left to be captured by their stones in the colors of variegated — to in point (d’in the study of geology.

L’2000, he returns to his native lands, and built on a rocky peak overlooking the valley, a house of stone and earth. Irocha was born.

Over the years, Ahmed has seen how much the travelers loved to follow him on the flanks of the mountains, or among the dunes of the Sahara, l’hear about l’rich story of this region and discover, at his side, the savoir-faire of its craftsmen. This experience is born of a belief : have more of that’a simple stay, but a sensory discovery at the heart of l’identity, natural and cultural in the South-East.

All meals are taken together, the kitchen is transmitted to the sides of Najaf and Fatima, and the paths to traverse, guided by those who, since always, know every corner.
